Keep you amused for weeks |
Theres nothing like sitting up at 2am with your only light the flicker of the computer screen. Just one more game, you tell yourself, just one more game. This is indeed what you will be doing if you buy this game, great for the unemployable like me.You really get into it and are always thinking of tactics or how you can improve your defense. Watching the matches it brilliant and this allows you to get a good idea of how your players are really performing, not just the stats that you get at the end. Although I love this game you noticed I only gave it 4 stars this is because it will inevitably get boring but what doesnt when you play it 12 hours a day, everyday for 3 months. Its my own fault. Also for some reason at the end of a season your best player seems to go down with some freak injury and retire from the game, if this isnt bad enough the little b*****d stills plays for his national side. So remember just one more game, just one more game. I thankyou.

FA Manager 2000, simply the best! |
F.A Premier League Football Manager 2000 (to address it properly) is the best football management game for the PC. With so much choice of teams to manage and to buy players off, this is such a good game. Although you are limited to a certain amount of money to spend each season, on various areas, it is much more realistic, and with offers being declined, and player not wanting to join your club it is better than most games. With a multiplayer mode, where up to 8 people can play, you can have a load of fun. You can: Improve your stadium / buy and sell players / manage your youth team / manage a reserve team / give players away for free / play in loads of league and cups... and so much more, that youll be shocked. Come on, youve got to buy the best! (i.e this game Im reviewing for you!)

Splendid graphics, but too many programming bugs. The list of bugs is so big that this space is not enough to display it. Is is not acceptable that a game could be released to the public without a minimal testing of its performance.
